Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support business needs related to compensation, including job evaluations and benchmarking
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and maintain data integrity
- Participate in compensation surveys and support year-end program activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation or related fields
- Proven analytical and computer software capabilities
- Progress towards or attainment of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Knowledge of US compensation regulations and laws
