Job Summary
To enhance HR solutions through advanced analytics, the full-time Senior HR Analytics Manager will develop and implement technical solutions, build predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications to automate compensation and data analytics processes
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define analytics projects and develop user-friendly tools for decision-making
- Lead governance and documentation efforts for Talent Analytics products, ensuring clarity and standardization
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, with a Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in statistical methods and programming languages such as R or Python
- Experience with SQL in large environments and familiarity with technologies like Jupyter Notebooks and AWS
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with web application development frameworks such as Flask or Django is preferred
