Senior HR Application Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting end-to-end HR and Payroll systems, the full-time remote Senior HR Application Analyst will configure, implement, and optimize Infor HCM modules while collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to deliver effective technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Infor HCM modules including Talent Acquisition, Global HR, and Payroll
• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot issues, and gather business requirements for technical solutions
• Design and maintain documentation, lead system testing, and deliver end-user training for effective system adoption

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of work-related experience, including project management
• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Direct experience with Infor HR and Payroll systems
• Proficiency with Infor CloudSuite tools and related components
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
