Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, HRSC Benefit Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise employees and HR professionals on complex HR inquiries and ensure compliance with global processes
• Oversee payroll processes and resolve compensation issues while supporting recruitment initiatives
• Mentor team members and lead the implementation of new HR services and projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in HR service delivery and process improvements
• Ability to handle sensitive HR transactions and data integrity auditing
• Proficiency in cross-functional teamwork and data analysis
