Job Summary
A company is looking for a HR Business Consultant Senior Manager to shape the people strategy for its Product and Engineering divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business priorities
- Lead talent planning activities, including succession planning and development planning
- Advise on organizational design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in strategic HR roles
- Experience supporting Product and Engineering divisions in a business-facing HR role
- Proficiency in using workforce data and people insights for decision-making
- Knowledge of core HR disciplines, including performance management and change management
