Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR Business Consultant Senior Manager to shape the people strategy for its Product and Engineering divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business priorities
  • Lead talent planning activities, including succession planning and development planning
  • Advise on organizational design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in strategic HR roles
  • Experience supporting Product and Engineering divisions in a business-facing HR role
  • Proficiency in using workforce data and people insights for decision-making
  • Knowledge of core HR disciplines, including performance management and change management
