Senior HR Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT, the full-time Senior HR Business Intelligence Analyst will design and maintain Workday reports, EIB integrations, and Power BI dashboards while utilizing SQL and AWS to build optimized data pipelines and enhance HR analytics capabilities in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather reporting requirements and deliver business intelligence solutions to support workforce decision-making
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and data pipelines to improve reporting scalability and performance
- Analyze HR and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements for processes and reporting
Required qualifications
- Master of Science degree in Business Analytics
- Two years of experience in business intelligence, HR analytics, or a related analytics role
- Advanced experience with SQL, AWS, and Power BI for developing HR reporting and analytics solutions
- Two years of experience with Workday reporting and integrations for HCM, Payroll, and Time and Attendance
- Strong understanding of HR data governance, reporting standards, and data quality assurance in an enterprise environment
