Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support their North America region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary HR Business Partner for North America, supporting leaders across both Toronto and US-based teams
  • Own and manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including investigations and performance issues
  • Provide expert guidance on US and Canadian employment law, ensuring compliance and best practices across the region
Required Qualifications
  • Solid experience in HR/People roles, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong employee relations experience, with confidence managing complex and sensitive cases independently
  • Deep knowledge of US and Canadian employment law
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to drive performance and organizational change
