Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to manage HR activities across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the stand-alone Senior HR Business Partner for the Americas region
• Shape and refine the HR strategy for the AMR Business Units, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies
• Provide strategic and operational HR support throughout the employee lifecycle and advise on HR matters

Required Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field (certification preferred)
• Extensive HRBP/Senior HR Manager experience in the US, ideally in life sciences, pharma, or tech
• Deep knowledge of US labor law, federal compliance, and HR best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, commercial matrixed environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
