Job Summary
Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will align workforce priorities with business strategies in a hybrid/remote role, focusing on organizational effectiveness and developing HR initiatives to support growth in the Growth, Marketing, and Client Technology groups.
Key responsibilities
- Drive alignment between business strategy and workforce priorities, influencing executive-level decisions
- Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, diagnosing challenges and designing impactful solutions
- Consult on complex employee relations matters and implement corporate HR policies at the business unit level
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 18 years of experience or a Master's degree with 14 years of experience
- Strong HR expertise in strategic planning and change management
- Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
