Job Summary

To support performance management initiatives, the remote, full-time Senior HR Business Partner will conduct intake conversations with managers, provide coaching on best practices, and collaborate with various HR teams to deliver effective HR programs and policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct intake conversations with managers regarding performance concerns and coach them through performance management situations
  • Partner with Employee Relations and Global Employment Law to drive consistent performance management initiatives
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex HR issues and respond to requests for employee data and compensation inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR programs and processes, including performance management and talent reviews
  • Experience in handling sensitive employee data and conducting light data analysis
  • Familiarity with local legislation and policy interpretation for compliance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities
