Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalations for complex HR issues and provide support to HR Operations team
• Research industry trends in employment law, analyze HR metrics, and facilitate employee relations investigations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and drive efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and in an HR Generalist role
• Experience managing employee benefit programs and security clearance programs
• Ability to obtain a United States secret security clearance
