Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Industry & Partner Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess data, interpret information, and present insights and recommendations on leadership and team effectiveness
- Identify needs for interventions to drive clarity and address gaps in strategy execution
- Execute the holistic people plan in alignment with business leaders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 10+ years experience in human resources or related processes
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 8+ years experience in human resources or related processes
- Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM, CIPD)
- 4+ years experience with partnering with a wide network of clients and across human resources to deliver effective business solutions
