Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, focusing on talent and culture transformation
  • Develop and implement organizational programs related to talent development, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Provide thought leadership on HR strategies, initiatives, and policies, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations, business, or related field
  • 7-10+ years' experience in HR leadership or HRBP role in a mid to large size organization
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to drive meaningful impact in sustainable ways
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Experience effectively leading through change and a commitment to integrity and continuous improvement
