Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations, business, or related field
- 7-10+ years' experience in HR leadership or HRBP role in a mid to large size organization
- Exceptional business acumen and ability to drive meaningful impact in sustainable ways
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Experience effectively leading through change and a commitment to integrity and continuous improvement
