Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies and best practices
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals
- Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Google Suite
