Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies and best practices
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Google Suite
