Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr HR Business Partner to perform complex and consultative human resources work focused on project delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and coordinate HR-related projects and recommendations in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Serve as the central point-of-contact for job analysis and classification activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy of job descriptions
  • Coordinate the execution and communication of division-specific HR programs and participate in acquisition and integration activities
Required Qualifications
