Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to provide human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to identify trends and recommend solutions for competitive service levels and compliance
- Deliver HR metrics and reports to drive efficiencies and support talent management planning
- Manage complex associate relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and legal compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of eight years of experience in human resources or a related field
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP certification required
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to associate management
- Experience in administering HR programs including compensation and performance management
