Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to provide human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to identify trends and recommend solutions for competitive service levels and compliance
• Deliver HR metrics and reports to drive efficiencies and support talent management planning
• Manage complex associate relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and legal compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of eight years of experience in human resources or a related field
• SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP certification required
• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to associate management
• Experience in administering HR programs including compensation and performance management
