Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides strategic HR support in organizational design, change management, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Develops and implements HR strategies and action plans in collaboration with leadership
  • Manages complex employee relations cases and provides subject matter expertise to business units


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a multidiscipline Human Resources environment
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner focused on employee relations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools such as Workday
  • Solid understanding of organizational policies and current labor laws
