Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides strategic HR support in organizational design, change management, recruitment, and employee relations
- Develops and implements HR strategies and action plans in collaboration with leadership
- Manages complex employee relations cases and provides subject matter expertise to business units
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management is required
- 3-5 years of experience in a multidiscipline Human Resources environment
- 2-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner focused on employee relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools such as Workday
- Solid understanding of organizational policies and current labor laws
