Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and develop effective workforce plans
Implement people plans focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining talent to support business strategy execution
Analyze people data insights to inform decision-making and provide guidance on colleague relations issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a strategic HRBP or generalist role at a senior level
Relevant HR qualifications such as CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
