Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and develop effective workforce plans
- Implement people plans focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining talent to support business strategy execution
- Analyze people data insights to inform decision-making and provide guidance on colleague relations issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a strategic HRBP or generalist role at a senior level
- Relevant HR qualifications such as CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
- Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
