Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and develop effective workforce plans
  • Implement people plans focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining talent to support business strategy execution
  • Analyze people data insights to inform decision-making and provide guidance on colleague relations issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a strategic HRBP or generalist role at a senior level
  • Relevant HR qualifications such as CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
  • Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
  • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
