Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, particularly in Engineering, Product, and Design functions
  • Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence at all levels
  • Experience in driving talent programs at scale, including performance cycles and leadership coaching
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
