Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr HR Business Partner to work closely with leadership on talent management and employee lifecycle strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive HR strategy for the region, aligning initiatives with business goals
  • Lead communication and implementation of Talent Management initiatives
  • Guide workforce planning, capability assessment, and succession planning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources functions
  • Experience with Canadian employment legislation and health and safety standards
  • Internal applicants must have multi-unit management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
