Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr HR Business Partner to work closely with leadership on talent management and employee lifecycle strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR strategy for the region, aligning initiatives with business goals
- Lead communication and implementation of Talent Management initiatives
- Guide workforce planning, capability assessment, and succession planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources functions
- Experience with Canadian employment legislation and health and safety standards
- Internal applicants must have multi-unit management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
