Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their People Ops team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders to execute organizational and people strategies
• Utilize data to evaluate and positively impact organizational health and support global teams through change
• Drive performance management initiatives and collaborate with COE Partners to deliver HR solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to analyze data and influence business decisions
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Demonstrated history of influencing senior leaders and managing multiple projects
