Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4 - 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to influence business decisions
• Demonstrated history of influencing senior-level business leaders and managing multiple projects effectively
