Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HR Business Partner roles
• Experience advising leaders in complex organizations
• Solid knowledge across HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communication, or a related field
• Ability to operate independently with strong execution and follow-through
