Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support its growing remote-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employee relations, performance management, and coaching managers
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related decisions and help operationalize organizational changes
• Support performance management processes and refine people practices to enhance employee experience

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments
• Strong business judgment with the ability to navigate complex situations
• Deep experience in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities
• High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
