Required Qualifications

- Strong business judgment with the ability to navigate complex situations
- Deep experience in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities
- High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
