Required Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner
• 6+ years' experience with management coaching
• Demonstrable success in designing performance management and employee relations programs
• Ability to work with senior leaders and associates remotely
• Deep understanding of HR functions, policies, and employment/labor law
