Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience, particularly as a Business Partner in high-growth, global Engineering or technical organizations
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into practical people strategies
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence across geographically distributed teams
• Experience in coaching senior leaders through organizational challenges and change management
• Passion for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies, including AI
