Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HRBP support for assigned client groups, aligning solutions with business priorities
  • Lead workforce planning and talent review processes, advising on organizational design and change management
  • Manage employee relations matters and serve as a liaison for onboarding and HR program alignment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner
  • Demonstrated experience in core HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using HR systems and workforce data
  • Experience mentoring or developing HR professionals and supporting North America/global workforces
