Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to provide proactive, strategic support
  • Serve as the primary contact for complex employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance
  • Lead the execution of performance reviews and promote continuous improvement in HR processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or leadership role
  • At least 3 years of direct management experience leading HR professionals
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful HR programs
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Talent Management Systems
  • Deep understanding of employment laws such as EEO, FLSA, and FMLA
