Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner - Commercial/GTM (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to Commercial leadership to shape people strategy aligned with business goals
  • Owns senior-level coaching on performance management and talent decisions while influencing leadership behavior
  • Leads people-focused components of change initiatives and serves as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP support for a commercial function
  • Demonstrated experience coaching senior leaders and influencing executive stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of sales/GTM environments
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
