- Oversee collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administration and compliance
- Develop onboarding, career ladders, and performance management initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in labor relations or union environments
- Recent union experience within the last 5 years is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Highly sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
