Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administration and compliance
  • Develop onboarding, career ladders, and performance management initiatives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in labor relations or union environments
  • Recent union experience within the last 5 years is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Highly sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
