Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to corporate leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
  • Support talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct HRBP experience in a high-growth, matrixed organization
  • Knowledge of HR Centers of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and productivity software (MS Suite, Google Suite)
  • Ability to utilize people data and analytics to inform organizational decisions
  • Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leadership
