Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to corporate leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
- Support talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct HRBP experience in a high-growth, matrixed organization
- Knowledge of HR Centers of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and productivity software (MS Suite, Google Suite)
- Ability to utilize people data and analytics to inform organizational decisions
- Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leadership
