Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field (plus 6 years of HR experience) or 15+ years of HR generalist experience
• Experience in a heavily unionized environment with knowledge of labor laws
• Strong relationship-building and conflict resolution skills
• Expert-level knowledge of employment laws and equitable workplace practices
• Ability to navigate complex situations and make sound decisions
