Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals and lead talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with leadership and stakeholders to align HR strategy with business objectives
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and organizational design
• Advise on employee relations, compliance, and drive HR projects using data and metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or 5+ years of HR experience
• Specialty in talent management including workforce planning and leadership development
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and talent management systems
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SC) preferred
• Up to 10% travel required
