Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Develop and implement talent management and organizational development strategies
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights for data-driven decision-making and improve HR processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree with six years of HR experience, preferably in organizational design and talent management
- Master's degree in business, human resources, or organizational/strategic design preferred
- HR certification/designation (PHR or SPHR) is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Workday preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders effectively
