Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Develop and implement talent management and organizational development strategies
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights for data-driven decision-making and improve HR processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree with six years of HR experience, preferably in organizational design and talent management
  • Master's degree in business, human resources, or organizational/strategic design preferred
  • HR certification/designation (PHR or SPHR) is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Workday preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders effectively
