Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner (Tech) to provide strategic HR support to technical organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align people strategy and workforce plans with technical and company goals while serving as the lead HRBP to senior leaders
- Coach technical leaders on people leadership, team effectiveness, and employee relations best practices
- Utilize data insights to identify trends and drive targeted action plans for organizational health and team performance
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, particularly supporting technical organizations
- 3+ years of experience directly supporting senior executives (VP+)
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations and navigating sensitive matters
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and influence decisions
