Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner (Tech) to provide strategic HR support to technical organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align people strategy and workforce plans with technical and company goals while serving as the lead HRBP to senior leaders
  • Coach technical leaders on people leadership, team effectiveness, and employee relations best practices
  • Utilize data insights to identify trends and drive targeted action plans for organizational health and team performance
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
  • 8+ years of experience in HR roles, particularly supporting technical organizations
  • 3+ years of experience directly supporting senior executives (VP+)
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and navigating sensitive matters
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and influence decisions
