Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support to functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR partnership and support in areas such as organizational design, change management, and performance management
  • Develop and facilitate strategic people plans and collaborate with leaders to prioritize business strategies
  • Conduct stay interviews and maintain employee sentiment to enhance retention and engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of HR experience with at least 8 years in an HR Business Partner role
  • Minimum of 1 year of people management experience
  • Experience in building and optimizing talent processes and programs
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations and performance matters independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and events
