Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, translating business strategy into actionable people priorities
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts to improve clarity, efficiency, and performance
  • Guide leaders through performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and career development conversations
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent leadership experience, ideally in high-growth tech or fintech environments
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and influencing business decisions
  • Expertise in organizational design, performance management, talent development, and employee relations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to operational outcomes
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive insights and recommendations
