Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding
- Resolve employee relations issues and recommend changes to policies and procedures for compliance with labor laws
- Establish and maintain relationships with management and act as a resource on HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- Preferred experience with ADP
- Ability to assess and resolve a wide range of HR issues using analytical techniques
- Ability to devise solutions based on limited information and adapt approaches as necessary
- Ability to enhance relationships with senior internal/external partners, requiring persuasive skills
