Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
• Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of organizational design and talent management
• Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams
