Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership across Product and Engineering to align people strategies with business goals
• Lead talent planning activities, including succession planning and development planning for critical roles
• Advise on organizational design and workforce planning to enhance business performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR business partnership roles
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering divisions in a business-facing HR role
• Proficiency in using workforce data to inform HR decisions and recommendations
• Knowledge of core HR disciplines, including performance management and change management
