Job Summary

- Partner with senior leadership across Product and Engineering to align people strategies with business goals
- Lead talent planning activities, including succession planning and development planning for critical roles
- Advise on organizational design and workforce planning to enhance business performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR business partnership roles
- Experience supporting Product and Engineering divisions in a business-facing HR role
- Proficiency in using workforce data to inform HR decisions and recommendations
- Knowledge of core HR disciplines, including performance management and change management
