Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult on workforce planning, compensation analysis, and employee relations
  • Support succession planning and provide data for bids and proposals
  • Address workplace issues and foster proactive employee relations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7 years of progressive HR experience or 3+ years managing an HR function
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • 5 years experience in the government contracting industry
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP
