Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult on workforce planning, compensation analysis, and employee relations
- Support succession planning and provide data for bids and proposals
- Address workplace issues and foster proactive employee relations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7 years of progressive HR experience or 3+ years managing an HR function
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- 5 years experience in the government contracting industry
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP
