Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HRBP.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support for employees, managers, and executive leadership in areas such as performance management and employee relations
- Develop programs and solutions to support talent and leadership development across teams
- Analyze trends and metrics to create effective HR solutions and manage change communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent experience
- 8 to 10 years in an equivalent HRBP or HR manager role
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective human resource management principles and practices
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence various organizational levels
- Experience delivering HR solutions within a SaaS environment preferred
