Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for employees, managers, and executive leadership in areas such as performance management and employee relations
• Develop programs and solutions to support talent and leadership development across teams
• Analyze trends and metrics to create effective HR solutions and manage change communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent experience
• 8 to 10 years in an equivalent HRBP or HR manager role
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective human resource management principles and practices
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence various organizational levels
• Experience delivering HR solutions within a SaaS environment preferred
