Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and oversee talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds relationships with business leaders to design and execute talent strategies
- Analyzes workforce metrics and trends to recommend solutions for business and talent objectives
- Partners with compensation and talent acquisition teams to enhance recruitment and employee development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of five years of HR business partner experience
- Minimum of five years of team leadership experience
- Experience in a shared service model and working with HRIS or HCM
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
