Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and oversee talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with business leaders to design and execute talent strategies
• Analyzes workforce metrics and trends to recommend solutions for business and talent objectives
• Partners with compensation and talent acquisition teams to enhance recruitment and employee development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum of five years of HR business partner experience
• Minimum of five years of team leadership experience
• Experience in a shared service model and working with HRIS or HCM
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
