Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and scale a high-performing, sustainable culture for customer support teams
- Define roles, job architectures, and career paths while partnering with operations leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and ensure compliance with HR fundamentals
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in People Operations, HRBP, Talent, or similar roles
- Experience supporting frontline, customer service, or clinical support teams
- Experience managing recruiters or HR team members is a plus
- Experience in healthcare or tech-enabled services is a plus
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build in ambiguity
