Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and scale a high-performing, sustainable culture for customer support teams
  • Define roles, job architectures, and career paths while partnering with operations leaders
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and ensure compliance with HR fundamentals
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in People Operations, HRBP, Talent, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting frontline, customer service, or clinical support teams
  • Experience managing recruiters or HR team members is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare or tech-enabled services is a plus
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build in ambiguity
