Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business required
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• 10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role required
• Experience managing employee benefit programs and security clearance programs
