Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage two HR Partners, focusing on performance management and operational quality
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues and ensure consistent case handling
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide concise briefs and escalate high-risk matters as needed
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and operational HR delivery
- Proven experience in leading and developing HR professionals
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and related regulations
- Experience supporting remote and distributed workforces, preferably in healthcare operations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications preferred
