Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage two HR Partners, focusing on performance management and operational quality
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues and ensure consistent case handling
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide concise briefs and escalate high-risk matters as needed

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and operational HR delivery
• Proven experience in leading and developing HR professionals
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and related regulations
• Experience supporting remote and distributed workforces, preferably in healthcare operations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications preferred
