Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior advisor to division leadership on organizational strategy and talent priorities
- Lead organizational design efforts and drive headcount planning in partnership with finance and leadership
- Own and execute talent management processes including performance management and succession planning
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in technical or engineering organizations
- Demonstrated success as a senior HR business partner in high-growth environments
- Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning
- Experience supporting geographically distributed teams and scaling organizations
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
