Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute talent management processes including performance management and succession planning
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in technical or engineering organizations
  • Demonstrated success as a senior HR business partner in high-growth environments
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams and scaling organizations
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
