Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support an organization of approximately 175 employees in a hands-on, relationship-driven role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for business leaders, fostering relationships and providing credible advice
  • Manage employee relations from start to finish, conducting investigations and addressing complex situations
  • Identify capability gaps and implement learning and development interventions to enhance team effectiveness


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience supporting Operations, Tech, Product, and Go-to-Market teams in a remote environment
  • Proven expertise in employee relations and handling complex investigations
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and leaders effectively
  • Experience in learning and development, with a focus on diagnosing gaps and implementing solutions
