Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic people partner for key business units globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and senior leaders, translating business objectives into people strategies
- Drive performance management cycles and collaborate on strategic hiring and workforce planning
- Manage complex employee relations matters and support the rollout of core people programs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR advisor role
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in high-growth, technology, or SaaS environments
- Strong command of US employment law and multi-state compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters independently
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP/SPHR/CHRP preferred
