Job Summary

Acting as a strategic partner to a global client team, the remote eligible Senior HR Business Partner will manage various people-related projects, influence change management, and develop talent strategies while fostering strong relationships with leaders and employees.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute strategic HR initiatives and projects
  • Manage change effectively by communicating with stakeholders and anticipating risks associated with change management
  • Shape talent priorities and culture to align with business strategy, while providing support on complex employee relations matters
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive Talent/HR experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment
  • Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and coaching
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to support a diverse global team
  • Proven ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
  • Self-directed and comfortable with remote management, demonstrating a strong desire to learn and grow
